Editing Existing Reports

The report designer can access a report at any time from the Report List page. From this location, users can make changes to and save new versions of a report.

Follow the steps below to edit an existing report.

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Administrator Tools tab > Designer section > SmartInsight.
    Result: The Report List window is displayed.
  2. From the Report List, click the Edit link next to the report to be modified.
  3. Make any applicable modifications to the report.
  4. From the SmartInsight Designer menu, select Report > Save.
